• Onsite work schedule, based out of Charlotte, NC

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business outcomes
• Work closely with engineering teams to guide delivery from requirements through demo and release
• Maintain accountability for delivery quality and outcomes across assigned applications
• Approach problems with a product and engineering mindset rather than a project-management, box-checking approach

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY

• Experience in a Product Owner
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong collaboration skills with both business and engineering teams
• A professional, business-facing communication style
• An eagerness to learn, grow, and take increasing ownership
